Sachin Chhabra

Founder & CEO

Sachin is the Founder of peel-works. Prior to his entrepreneurial venture with peel-works, Sachin has had a corporate stint of 14 years with Hindustan Unilever Limited. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in PM &IR from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Vijayalakshmi Swaminathan


Viji is a Partner with CoCoon Consulting and key to building their presence in Mumbai. Viji has significant experience in working with leaders of our largest clients to create superior performance while working with them on issues of HR strategy, Leadership and Organisational Performance. With over 20 years of experience, Viji was engaged with Unilever in India for 6 years in managing employee relations at a manufacturing plant followed by stints in corporate HR in performance management and recruitment before joining CoCoon as a Partner. Viji has a Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Sadeesh Raghavan


Sadeesh Raghavan has worked and lived all over the world. He obtained his undergraduate degree at IIT Madras, then his MBA at UCLA USA, and has worked in the US, India, China, Korea, Indonesia, Singapore, and for the last 4 years has been based both in India and Singapore. He was Managing Director at Accenture where in his last role he ran their Products (Manufacturing & Distribution) practice across North and South Asia Pacific and then most recently all their India businesses. He has spent his career advising MNCs and the top Asian players on their market entry and growth programs and strategies revolving around the rapidly growing Asia Pacific market.Sadeesh is very active in venture philanthropy and angel investing and sits on numerous boards including the Global Advisory Board and Investment Committee of Acumen Fund, a US based not for profit venture philanthropy fund and India Advisory Board of the Asia Venture Philanthropy Network. He is member of the Indian Angel Network and Business Angel Network of South East Asia and also a member of the Ashoka Support Network.

Karan Mohla


Karan Mohla is Executive Director and Head of Consumer Media & Technology sector at IDG Ventures India Advisors where he heads the sector focus and strategy on Consumer Media & Technology investments. He has been investing in Indian companies since 2009 and has over 12 years of experience in the technology industry across India and the US. Prior to IDG Ventures, Karan worked with QVT Finance LP, a US based hedge fund and was a founding member of their Asia-Pacific practice. He earlier worked in the technology banking group at Jefferies & Company (formerly Broadview International) in Silicon Valley, where he advised several technology companies in Internet, Mobile and Enterprise Software on capital raising, M&A as well as strategic partnerships. Later, Karan helped start the India office for Jefferies where he advised and executed financing strategies for companies in the Technology, Media, Telecom, CleanTech and Education sectors. He has successfully completed over 20 transactions covering M&A and capital raising for corporates across India and the US. Karan holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and an EMBA from INSEAD, where he was the youngest graduate in the program's history.

Parag Dhol


As part of his tenure with GE Capital, Parag cycled out to an industry operating role for two-years at Genpact, India’s largest business process outsourcing company and an operating subsidiary of GE.Parag earned an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore and a BSME from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. He is a Charter Member of TiE Bangalore mentoring entrepreneurs. Parag made a foray into venture capital after his MBA in 1993. He started off with ICICI Venture (in Bangalore) and followed that up with stints at GE Equity (in Gurgaon) and Intel Capital (in Bangalore). At Inventus, Parag is a Board Director at FundsIndia, Vizury, Power2SME, PolicyBazaar, eDreams, Avaz, peel-works and Tricog.
